Please be advised that the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (Act 132 of 2008) is effective July 1, 2009. Contractors who perform home improvements for which the total cash value is $5,000 or more per year are required to register with the Office of Attorney General by July 1, 2009. Contractors can register online at www.attorneygeneral.gov. The application for registration with instructions, a copy of the law and Frequently Asked Questions are available online also.
 
BUILDING PERMIT   Download, print, and fill in the pertinent information related to your project and return the completed permit form to East Cocalico Township, 100 Hill Road, Denver, or call 336-1720 to talk with the Zoning Officer.
